Baba Amos breaks down how societies are stratified (separated) according to social class, and how racial stratification intersects with this. The chapter ends with a thorough discussion of how the White American Power Elite prepares its people for power through a myriad of social-cultural institutions, including schools, social clubs, marriage, etc.
