We continue our study of Yurugu by Marimba Ani with chapter 8: "Behavior towards others." Last time we covered how Europeans behave toward one another and why. This we will see the other side of the coin, how they as a collective behave toward non-Europeans. Things are getting quite intense in the book now, as Mama Marimba Ani goes through several examples of European brutality towards Africans in particular, but also other peoples. Yurugu was written in the early 1990s like so many other classic works of Black Thought.
